A creative life-sciences family

We are Pulmotree: a young medical technology start-up from Munich. The headquarters in the creative district of Maxvorstadt is where our hearts beat.

This is the place where new ideas and concepts come to life. And this is the place that is saying farewell to outdated processes and ways of thinking.

Based on partnership. And genuinely authentic.

Whatever we develop and whoever we advise, we do it in a spirit of partnership, remaining true to ourselves. The Pulmotree team are then more than just specialists in their field.

Partnerships connect us with customers and with associates from the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries to form a creative life sciences family.

Our loft

Lofty spaces at Pulmotree Medical GmbH in Munich’s Maxvorstadt reflect what and how we think. They inspire us to seek out new perspectives. They encourage us to go on reinventing ourselves. A perfect environment for flexible and agile working, focused and straightforward.

Close to the creative and cultural centre of Munich and very close to science and research. With the three universities, the Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU), the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and the Munich University of Applied Sciences (HM), we and our future employees benefit directly from each other.

This means Pulmotree is no ordinary Munich medical technology start-up but rather a life sciences partner with interests far beyond the city borders.

We believe in honest values

TRANSPARENCY

We assure customers and partners get full insight into our activities. They become a part of the team during the project.

TRUST

Mutual trust is vital to long-term customer relationships. We are open and approachable, including to criticism. We continuously reflect on what we do and how we communicate.

INTEGRITY

We understand integrity as communicating and acting authentically. We think and act morally and ethically by keeping to our word. Without exception.
Always.

PASSION

We are passionate about our mission: to improve the quality of life of patients. When a patient forgets for a moment the seriousness of their illness, then we are doing our job right. This is what motivates us.

Sustainability deep into the lungs

We strive to reduce the amount of disposable materials used in our products to a minimum while ensuring maximum patient safety. On the one hand, this reduces the costs of therapy and, on the other hand, protects our planet from the unnecessary consumption of fossil resources.

We believe sustainability is an important factor and is applied throughout the entire company. In addition to development and production with a resource-saving strategy, we also think about what other contributions we can make. We drink our company cappuccino with oat milk instead of cow’s milk – and this is only the beginning!
